| • Turmeric powder - pinch. | |
| • Chaat masala - 1 tea spoon. | |
| • Ginger garlic paste - half tea spoon. | |
| • Garam masala powder - half tea spoon. | |
| • Chilli flakes - half tea spoon. | |
| • Hung curd - 1 tablespoon. | |
| • Coriander leaves (chopped) - half bunch. | |
| • Lemon juice - 1 tea spoon. | |
| • Cashew nut powder - 2 tablespoons. | |
| • Onion (cubes) - 1 number. | |
| • Bell pepper (green and red) - 1 number. | |
| • Oil - as required. |
