Ingredients used in PANEER ROLLS
• All purpose flour - 1 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - 2-3 tablespoons.
• Paneer(sliced) - 1 cup.
• Green bell pepper(sliced) - 1 cup.
• Red bell pepper(sliced) - 1 cup.
• Cumin seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Onions(sliced) - 1 cup.
• Tomatoes - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Turmeric powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Red chili powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Coriander leaves - 1 bunch.
• Cabbage lettuce - 3-4 numbers.
• Green chillies - 1 tea spoon.
• Vinegar - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • In a bowl take all purpose flour, salt, water and some oil to make a dough and rest it for 10 minutes.
  • For stuffing in a hot pan first add 2 tablespoon oil, cumin seeds, sliced onions and salt and saute them, add tomatoes, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder and cook it well.
  • Once the tomatoes are mashed, add red chilli powder, coriander powder, bell peppers and fry them for 2 minutes.
  • Now add paneer and coriander leaves. After mixing just switch off the flame.
  • Now Make thin roti’s and roast them on hot tawa with some oil on it.
  • For stuffing take cabbage lettuce on the roti and fill it with the paneer stuffing.
  • Add finely chopped green chillies soaked in vinegar, sliced onions and roll it as shown in the video.
  • You can also add sauce and mayonnaise of any kind to give an additional flavor.
  • Now cut it half and serve your kids in breakfast, lunch or for evening snack.
