PANEER THANDAI

Ingredients used in PANEER THANDAI
• Paneer - 200 grams.
• Oil - 3 tablespoons.
• Onion - 1 number.
• Salt - to taste.
• Bay leaf - 2 number.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Poppy seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Cardamom powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Almond powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Fennel powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Crush pepper - 1 tea spoon.
• Kasuri methi powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Saffron water - 1 tea spoon.
• Milk - 1 cup.
• Coriander powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Sugar - pinch.
Method:
  • Heat oil in a pan, add shahi jeera, chopped onions, salt, bay leaf cook till onions slightly change the color.
  • Then add ginger garlic paste saute it for 2 minutes then add poppy seeds and saute it for few minutes.
  • In a bowl add cardamom powder, almond powder, fennel seed powder, crush pepper , kasuri methi, saffron water, milk, coriander powder mix it well.
  • Pour this mixture into the pan and mix it, once it comes to boil, add paneer pieces, pinch of sugar cook this for 2 minutes then switch off the flame and serve it.

HELP PLEASE!  Saute 3 Tbsp oil, 2 Bay leaves, 1 tsp salt and I onion until onion is transparent - not brown.  Add 1 Tbsp ginger garlic paste and cook 1 minute.   Add 1 tsp poppy seeds.In a separate bowl add 1tsp cardamon powder, 1 tsp almond powder,
