Ingredients used in Panna Cotta
• Fresh cream - 1 cup.
• Sugar - 1 cup.
• Vanilla essence - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Coconut milk - 1/2 cup.
• Gelatin - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Water - 1/2 as required.
• Pomegranate seeds - 1 cup.
Method:
Heat pan, add cream, sugar, vanilla essence and bring it to one boil. Switch off flame and add coconut milk, gelatin mixed in hot water. Strain into glass jar and pour ¾ into roly poly glass and silicon moulds, keep in refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours. Take a mixie jar, add pomegranate seeds and blend it then strain into a pan. Add sugar, boil until it comes to thick consistency and switch off flame, allow it cool. Now pour this mixture on top of glass and serve it.

Hei.. I tried this recipe with normal milk instead of coconut milk :-) And with strawberry sauce.. So yummmyyy its was... Melting in mouth.. Thanks for the recipe.. :-)?
