Ingredients used in Papita Lassi
• Papaya - 1 cup.
• Plain yogurt - 1 cup.
• Cold water - 2 cups.
• Lime juice - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Black pepper powder - half tea spoon.
• Mint leaves - 1 spring.
• Ice cubes - 1 tablespoon.
Method:
  • Blead yogurt in a blender
  • Then add water and blend again. Add mashed papaya with all the seasoningsand blend again.
  • Pour in individual glasses.
  • Garnish with mint and serve cold.
