Ingredients used in parupu adai
• Chopped onnions - 1 cup.
• Sombu - 1 tablespoons.
• Cinnamon stick - 1 .
• Red chilli - 7-8 .
• Bengal gram - 100 grams.
• Urad dal - 250 grams.
• Toor dal - 350 grams.
• Channa dal - 500 grams.
• Shreaded coconut - 1 cup.
• Corriander,salt, oil - .
• Rice - 2 tablespoons.
Method:
soak all the channa,toor,urad dals with bengal gram and with the rice atleast for 4-6 hrs. drain the water and grain them in a blender with the red chilli and with the spices given above,blend them coarsly take the mixer in a bowl add salt,coconut,chopped onions ,corriander . mix it the texture should be thick. now in a dosa thawa make it like dosa,use ghee it gives nice smell and good taste. let it cook in medium low flame ,serve it with chutney and jaggery .
