Ingredients used in passaru vadiyalu curry
• Red chilli powder - to taste.
• Salt - to taste.
• Garlic cloves - 5 numbers.
• Eggs - 2 numbers.
• Onions - 1 cup.
• Passara pappu - 1 cup.
• Turmeric powder - 2 pinch.
• Green chillis - 2 numbers.
• Tomato - 1 small.
Method:
To Prepare pessaru vadiyalu: 1. soak pessarapappu over nite in water 2. next day grind it to a paste and add salt to taste 3. now on a polythin sheet put the paste as small size of peanut 4. let them dry for 1 day or 2 usually we prepare this vadiyalu in summer and keep a stock of them for curry: 1.take pan heat oil 2.fry the pessaru vadiyalu to lite brown and keep them a side 3. to the pan add oil and add onions ,garlic cloves and green chilli and let them cook 4. now add tomatos ,turmeric powder and salt 5.put the lid and simmer the stove for 15mins 6. when u find them cooked add chilli powder and a samm cup water 7.when the mixture starts boiling add boiled eggs with scars[put them with knife] on them 8. now close with lid and let it cook till the water evaporates 9. finally add coriender leafs 10 serve in to a serving bowl
