1) Boil water, add half a tsp of salt 2) When it starts boiling, pasta and cook for 8 mins 3) Drain the water and spread the pasta on a plate to dry 4) Chop onions and tomatoes to small pieces 5) In a pan, heat butter, and add milk, stir 6) When the milk boils, add 1 strip of cheese, stir 7) When cheese melts and the mix is well stirred, put it aside. This is your white sauce 8) Pour oil in the pan, add ginger garlic paste, onions and tomatoes and a pinch of salt, stir (For non-vegetarians, add prawns too) 9) Add the soya and chilli sauces, and stir well 10) Add the salsa mix and some coriander leaves, stir 11) Now add the white sauce, stir 12) When the mixture comes to a boil, add the pasta and some coriander leaves note - (Depending on your taste buds#39; likability you can add some lime juice and/or tomato ketchup. I do it) 13) Mix the pasta well and after 2 minutes, turn off the gas 14) In a baking pan, apply some butter/oil/baking spray 15) Pour the cooked pasta and put pieces of the remaining strip of cheese on top 16) Bake for 25 minutes in a preheated oven at 375 degrees 17) Serve hot! :)
