Ingredients used in PASTA MUFFINS
• Olive oil - 2 teaspoons.
• Garlic (finely chopped) - 2 tablespoon.
• Onion (finely chopped) - 2 tablespoon.
• Tomato ketchup - 2 tablespoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Pepper - 1/4 tablespoon.
• Mixed herbs - 1 tablespoon.
• Red chilli powder - 1/2 tablespoon.
• Pasta(boiled) - 1 cup.
• Cheese (grated) - 1/2 cup.
• Chili flakes - 1/2 tablespoon.
Method:
Take a pan, add olive oil, finely chopped garlic, finely chopped onions, mixed herbs, saute it. Then add chopped tomatoes, red chilli powder, pepper powder, cook it till tomatoes are slightly tender. To it, even add tomato ketchup along with some water and cook it 2 minutes nicely. Take silicon moulds, add grated cheese at the bottom then put the base boiled pasta on the edges in standing position. Later top it with soaked soya chunks, sauce, grated cheese. At last, sprinkle some chilli flakes and bake in an oven at180-degree centigrade for about 15minutes. Now the pasta muffins are ready to serve.
