Ingredients used in PASTA MUFFINS
• Olive oil - 2 teaspoons.
• Garlic (finely chopped) - 2 tablespoon.
• Onion (finely chopped) - 2 tablespoon.
• Tomato ketchup - 2 tablespoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Pepper - 1/4 tablespoon.
• Mixed herbs - 1 tablespoon.
• Red chilli powder - 1/2 tablespoon.
• Pasta(boiled) - 1 cup.
• Cheese (grated) - 1/2 cup.
• Chili flakes - 1/2 tablespoon.
Method:
  • Take a pan, add olive oil, finely chopped garlic, finely chopped onions, mixed herbs, saute it.
  • Then add chopped tomatoes, red chilli powder, pepper powder, cook it till tomatoes are slightly tender.
  • To it, even add tomato ketchup along with some water and cook it 2 minutes nicely.
  • Take silicon moulds, add grated cheese at the bottom then put the base boiled pasta on the edges in standing position.
  • Later top it with soaked soya chunks, sauce, grated cheese.
  • At last, sprinkle some chilli flakes and bake in an oven at180-degree centigrade for about 15minutes.

Now the pasta muffins are ready to serve.
