1.Clean and slice fish, Wash well.
2. Grind togeather coconut, green chillies, garlic, cumin, coriander leaves, salt and sugar. Add lime juice.
3. Wipe slices wiyh a dry cloth and coat with ground ingredients.
4. Wrap in banana leaves.
5. Heat togeather vinger and fat.
6. Immers fish in the haeted vinger and fat.
7. Cover with a lid and put live coal and top or place in warm oven.
8. Cook genthly till fish is tender.
