Ingredients used in Payar Thoran
• Chilli powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Coconut - 1 cup.
• Payar (long string beans) - 1 numbers.
• Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Garlic - 2 clove.
Cut the beans into very tiny pieces. Cook it well with salt in a closed pan until. Water should be just enough to cook. Pour about 2 tsp of oil in it when it is cooked. Now nbsp;crush the coconut with garlic and turmeric and chilli powder. Put it in the payar. Close it and cook for about 10 minutes. Then open it and simmer it until it is dry and separated from another.
