Ingredients used in PEPPER CHICKEN
• Garam masala powder - half tea spoon.
• Red chilli powder - half tea spoon.
• Black pepper powder - 3 teaspoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Ginger garlic paste - 2-3 teaspoons.
• Corriander leaves - half cup.
• Tomatoes - 2 no.
• Onions [medium size] - 3 no.
• Chicken - 1 cup.
• Lemon - 1 tea spoon.
• Green bell pepper [capsicum] - half no.
• Curry leaves - 3 sticks.
• Oil - as required.
  • Saute the onions in some oil and a little butter, when it turns kind of transparent add ginger garlic paste and chicken pieces cook for a while.
  • Then add all the other dry ingredients except for tomatoes, capsicum , curry leaves coriander leaves and cook for a while.add a little water.
  • Then pressure cook this til maybe a whistle or so.. then open the lid, add tomatoes, curry leaves, corriander leaves amp; capsicum and cook till oil leaves the sides of the pan, add few drops of lemon... [check for salt and you can add as much or as little as black pepper youwant] [If you like it reall Spicy add extra black pepper]
