Ingredients used in Pepper Chicken Dry
• Chicken - 400 grams.
• Cornflour - 1 tablespoon.
• Ginger (chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Garlic (chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Onions (chopped) - 1 number.
• Curry leaves - 2 springs.
• Fennel seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Pepper (crushed) - 2 teaspoons.
• Coconut milk - 1/4 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Coriander leaves (chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
• Oil - to fry.
Method:
Soak chicken in water by seasoning with salt for at least6 hours. In a bowl, put some chicken, to that add a pinch of salt, cornflourand mix well. In a pan, heat oil and fry them till get nice golden color. In another pan, heat the oil and put finely chopped ginger, garlic, chopped onions, salt, curry leaves and fry them for a minute, put crushed fennel seeds, crushed pepper and fried chicken pieces then toss them. Lastly, add coconut milk and fry it dry. Finally, add chopped coriander leaves and toss it.
