1.Grind turmeric,cumin,chillies,coriander to a paste.
2.peel and cut potatoes into squares and wash well.cut the cauliflowernbsp;into florettes and wash.

4.add the green peas and enough water just to cover the vegetables.
5.add some curds, sugar and salt.when the vegetables are cooked remove from the fire .
