Ingredients used in Phulkapir Dalna
• Cauliflower - 500 grams.
• Potatoes - 250 grams.
• Green peas - 125 grams.
• Turmeric - 6 grams.
• Red chillies - 6 grams.
• Coriander - 15 grams.
• Salt - 10 grams.
• Mustard oil - 50 ml.
• Cumin - 6 grams.
• Curds - 25 grams.
• Sugar - 5 grams.
• Garam masala - 5 grams.
• Fat - 1 tablespoons.
Method:

1.Grind turmeric,cumin,chillies,coriander to a paste.

2.peel and cut potatoes into squares and wash well.cut the cauliflowernbsp;into florettes and wash.

3.heat oil and fry the cauliflower .add the ground spices andnbsp;potates and fry well.

4.add the green peas and enough water just to cover the vegetables.

5.add some curds, sugar and salt.when the vegetables are cooked remove from the fire .

6.add the tbsp of fat and gram masalanbsp;powders.nbsp;nbsp;
