Pleel and slice the pineapple
Cut the pineapple into rounds about 2cm thick.
Add the suger and clove in to the water.And heat a little.
Add the sliced pineapple. Cook for about 5 mins.
Remove from fire and cool it.
Add sugar, flour and butter into a bowl. Mix well with hand and crumble it.
When the cooked fruit is cool arrange it in a baking tray. add the crumble on top of the fruit.
Heat the oven and cook it for 30 mins in 220 Celsius.
Save with vanilla ice cream.
