- Heat coconut oil in a pan, add whole garam masala spices (bay leaf, cardamom, cinnamon stick, cloves, mace, star anise, shahi zeera), masoor dal, black sesame seeds, dry red chilies and saute it.
- Add chopped raw banana cubes, onion, pineapple juice, salt to the same pan and boil it.
- To it, even add soaked basmati rice and cook it for some time.
- When rice is perfectly cooked, add grated coconut, saffron water, let it cook with closed lid for 2-3 minutes.
Delicious Pineapple raw banana pulav is now ready to serve.
