Ingredients used in POHA OATS VADA
• Flattened rice - 1 cup.
• Oats - half cup.
• Green chillies - 2 no.
• Curry leaves - 1 springs.
• Cumin seeds - half tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Red chili powder - half tea spoon.
• Carrots(grated) - 1 tablespoon.
• Water - as required.
• Rice flour - 3 tablespoons.
• Oil - to fry.
Method:
  • Take a bowl, add flattened rice, oats, green chillies, curry leaves, cumin seeds, salt, red chili powder, grated carrots and mix it.
  • Sprinkle water, add rice flour and mix nicely.
  • Take small dumpling and make flat round vada, deep fry in oil and transfer into paper towel.

Now Poha Oats Vada is ready to serve with tomato sauce or green chutney.
