Ingredients used in Pomfret Fish 65
• Salt - as required.
• Garam masala powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Green chili (paste) - 5 number.
• Curry leaves (paste) - 6 springs.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Red chili powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Rice flour - 1 tea spoon.
• Oil - as required.
• Pomfret fish - 1 number.
Method:
Take a pomfret fish, clean it, make gashes to the fish all over as shown in the video, sprinkle salt, garam masala powder and apply to the fish. Also,apply ginger garlic paste, stuff the fish with green chili paste and curry leaves paste. Rub the fish thoroughlywith red chili powder, sprinkle rice flour, make sure the fish is coated well all over, shallow fry on both sides and transfer to a plate. Hot, spicy and delicious Pomfret Fish 65 is now ready to serve with a lemon slice.
