- Make a poori dough with wheat flour, pinch of salt, water and mix nicely to make a stiff dough.
- Divide the dough into portions and roll into poori and deep fry in hot oil.
- Using hands make small pieces of poori, transfer into mixie jar.
- To it add cardamom powder, jaggery and blend into coarse mixture.Transfer into a plate and make round ladoo using ghee
Now instant poori laddu is ready to serve.
