It's a different kind of poppy seed. White poppy seed. The one you are talking about is blue poppy seed.

There are special poppy sead grinders that you can get in europe.
They are very easy and quick to use, don´t even take electricity...

Thanks a lot for showing how to prepare poppy seed paste. i use it a lot and had to give a lot of time previously to blend it. But now its so easier to grind it after roasting.
