Ingredients used in pork in bamboo shoot
• Coriander - 2 tablespoons.
• Turmeric - half tablespoons.
• Red chilli powder - 1 tablespoons.
• Bamboo shoot pickle - 4 tablespoons.
• Gingergarlic paste - 2 tablespoons.
• Onions - 2 large.
• Pork - 500 grams.
• Salt - 1 to taste.
Method:

boil the pork with salt for 2 whistles in a pressure cooker and then drain. in that cooker add the rest of the ingredients and cook for another 2 whistles in the cooker. Garnish with little bit of coriander wh ile serving.
