Ingredients used in pork kababs
• Shoulder or lion of pork, - 4 numbers.
• Salad oil - 1/2 cup.
• Lime juice - 1 tablespoons.
• Onion chop fine - 1 numbers.
• Garlic - 6 clove.
• Dry mustard - 1 teaspoons.
• Pepper - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:

1. Mix togeather all the ingredients. Marinade meat for a several hours or overnight in the mixture.

2. Thread the meat on skewers. Put a grid over live coal in a charcoal stove and cook the kababs over this till done.

3. Brush meat with remaining marinade cooking.
