Ingredients used in Pork Skin
• Sliced boiled pork skin - 1/2 cup.
• Chopped boiled lean pork - 1/2 cup.
• Mint leaves - 1 cup.
• Grated lemon rind - 1/2 tablespoons.
• Dried prawn powder - 3 tablespoons.
• Fresh coriander leaves - 1 tablespoons.
• Chopped spring onions - 1 tablespoons.
• Coconut cream - 2-3 numbers.
• Nam prik - 1 tablespoons.
• Lime juice - 1 tablespoons.
• Fish sauce - 1 tablespoons.
• Sugar - 1-2 tablespoons.
Method:
The pork for this yam should be boiled, and if cooked as for sweet pork will have lots of flavor. Slice fat away from skin and use only the jellylike skin. Mix all ingredients just before serving and serve sprinkled with chopped coriander leaves and spring onions.
