Ingredients used in pork vindaloo
• Salt to taste - 2 tsp ml.
• Sugar cane vinegar - 2 cups bottle.
• Fresh ginger - 2 inches large.
• Garlic pods - 4 numbers.
• 18 kashmirin red chilles - 18 numbers.
• Slightly fatty pork c hopped in cubes - 1 kg lbs.
• Onion - 1 large.
• Garam masala - 3 tybs p numbers.
• Black pepper - 6 to taste.
mix the cleaned chopped pork with salt. grind all the other ingredients finely in sugar cane vingegar. if you cant get the surgar cane vingegar try balsamic,, grind with about 1/2 cup vingegar to a thick paste.. then add all the ground spices to the pork. add the rest of the vinegar. dont use any oil as the pork should have enough of its own fat.. let it come to a boil for about 25 minutes..then let it simmer till the pork is completely cooked and tender. eat with rice or pau..enjoy
