Ingredients used in Porricha kuzhambhu
• Coconut - 1/2 numbers.
• Toor dhal - 1/3 cup.
• Sambar powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Turmeric - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Vegetables (cabbage or kothavarangai) - one cup chopped fine cup.
• Jeera - 2 teaspoons.
• Black pepper - 10- 15 numbers.
• Curry leaves - to taste.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
1. pour water - one cup 2.Add Turmeric 3.Add vegetables 4.One spoon sambar powder 5.Add the cooked toor dal 6.bring it to boil 7.Grind a. half coconut b.10 to 15 black pepper c.2spoon jeera d. curry leaves 8.Add the grinded paste and salt 9.bring it to a boil 10.give tadka of coconut oil,mustard,urad dhal and curry leaves.
