Ingredients used in POTATO AND CELERY SALAD
• Lime juice - 1 teaspoons.
• Sugar - 1/2 teaspoons.
• White pepper powder - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Mustard paste - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Mayonnaise - 1 teaspoons.
• Boiled potatoes - 2 no.
• Celery - 1/2 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Lettuce - 1/2 cup.
• Tomato(chopped) - 1/2 teaspoons.
Method:
Take a bowl, add lime juice, sugar, white pepper powder, mustard paste, mayonnaise and mix nicely. To it add boiled and cubed potatoes, celery, salt and mix nicely. Place ring on top of serving plate, arrange lettuce at base. On its top add potato and celery mixture. Garnish with finely chopped tomato. Now potato and celery salad is ready to serve.
