Ingredients used in Potato and Tindly Bhujjia
• Gherkins - 200 grams.
• Onions - 50 grams.
• Potatoes - 100 grams.
• Mustard seeds - pinch.
• Turmeric - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Chilli powder - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Fat - 15 grams.
Method:

1. Heat fat and fry cumin .

2. When thery crackle ,add chopped chillies, onions and mustard seeds and turmeric.

nbsp;3. Add onion ,gherkins ,potatoes and cook .

4nbsp;. Add salt and chili powder and mix well .
