Ingredients used in Potato Curry - Alu-Tarkari
• Mustard oil - 2 tablespoons.
• Yogurt - 1/2 cup.
• Garlic - 1 numbers.
• Chillies - 2 numbers.
• Tumeric - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Potatoes (medium sized) - 10-12 numbers.
• Green coriander leaves - .
• Ginger - 1 numbers.
• Salt - to taste.
Boil potatoes, peel and cut into small pieces. Heat oil and add tumeric, green chillies, garlic, and ginger. Fry for 1 minute. Add yogurt, potatoes and salt. Cover and cook gently for 4-5 minutes. Garnish with green coriander leaves.
