Ingredients used in POTATO SAGGU BIYYAM BALLS
• Sago - 2 cups.
• Potato - 2 numbers.
• Grated ginger - 1 tea spoon.
• Ground nuts powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Green chill - 5 numbers.
• Cumin seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander leaves - 1 bunch.
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - to fry.
Method:

1.Soak the sago in water for 3 hours and strain water from it and keep it aside. 2.Take a bowl and add soaked sago, boiled potato, grated ginger, ground nut powder, chopped green chilli, cumin seeds, chopped coriander leaves, salt, oil, water and mix it and keep it aside. 3.Now make small balls of above sago mixture and deep fry in hot oil until become golden brown colour. 4.Tasty potato soggu biyam balls is ready to serve with tomato sauce.
