Ingredients used in Potatoes and Rice
• Potatoes (peeled and cut into cubes) - 1500 grams.
• Cooking fat - 200 grams.
• Onions (finely minced) - 250 grams.
• Tomato paste - 50 grams.
• Sweet pepper and hot pepper - 1 grams.
• Rice (rinsed and soaked with water) - 500 grams.
• Boiling water - 4100 grams.
• Salt - 30 grams.
Method:
Fry the onions until they get a red color. Add the potatoes and fry for about 10 minutes. Add the salt, white pepper, hot pepper, tomato paste and water and keep it to boil. Minimize the flame to meduim and add the rice. When the rice is well cooked (15 minutes), serve hot. Garnish with slices of tomatoes and fried potatos.
