Ingredients used in POTATOES KIBBEH
• Potatoes - 1000 grams.
• Fine grain(borghol) - 250 grams.
• Flour - 100 grams.
• Salt - 30 grams.
• Arabian mixed spices - 2-3 grams.
• Oil - 600 grams.
• Coriander(kuzbara) - 4 numbers.
• Onion - 150 grams.
Method:
Boil the potatoes until they become ready and then peal them. Mix the potatoes in the mixture very well with the onion,salt,coriander and the spices. Put the (burghol) and mix them together by using your hand,and then put the flour on them and mix them again with your hand. Make medium circles but during that keep your hands wet to not let it lick. Put the circle potatoes in the oil,and the oil should be high.
