Ingredients used in POTLI SAMOSA
• Jeera - 1 tablespoons.
• Garam masala - 1 tablespoons.
• French beans - 1/2 cup.
• Gajar - 1 numbers.
• Gobi grated - 1 cup.
• Potato boil - 2 numbers.
• Ghee / oil - 1/2 cup.
• Maida - 1-1/2 cup.
• Ginger paste - 1 tablespoons.
• Red chilli powder - 1 tablespoons.
Method:
Mix maida, salt ghee or oil, add water and make a dough. Keep it for 10 /15 mintues. Heat oil, add jeera, ginger paste, french beans, gobi gajar mix it well.Saute for few minutes.Add red chilli powder garam masala powder and mix it well. Remove form fire add potatoes and mix it

Your recipe seems to be incomplete missing what do you do after mixing the potatoes and whwt is potli. I understand Potli is a bag or sack in Marathi Konkani or gujarati
