Description
Shrimp toast or prawn toast is a Chinese dim sum dish. It is made from small triangles of bread, brushed with egg and coated with minced shrimp and water chestnuts.

Ingredients of Prawn Toast

sesame seeds  1/2 Cup
oil   To Fry
onion, chopped finely  1 Numbers
egg white, beaten  1 Numbers
pepper   To Taste
prawn meat  2 Cup
chopped coriander leaves  2 Tablespoons
garlic powder  1/4 Teaspoons
chopped bamboo shoots  2 Tablespoons
water  2 Tablespoons


Directions
  1. Slice the breads into 4 triangles

  2. Spread mixture evenly on the breads

  3. Put the sesame seeds in a flat plate

  4. Put the mixture coated side of bread into sesame seed plate

  5. Press a lit, so the slice is completely coated with sesame seeds

  6. Heat oil
  7. Deep fry till light golden, from both sides

  8. Remove and drain
  9. Serve hot
