Ingredients used in Pudina Dosakaya Pachhadi
• Medium size cucumber - 1 numbers.
• Small lemon size tamarind - to taste.
• Small pudina - bunch.
• Cilantro small - bunch.
• Salt - to taste.
• Turmeric - pinch.
• Hing a - pinch.
• Urad dal - 1 teaspoons.
• Fenugreek seeds - 1 teaspoons.
• Hing a - pinch.
• Dry red chillies according - to taste.
• Pachhi mirapakayalu - 5-6 numbers.
Peel the cucumber and chop into small pieces.
Heat oil in a pan fenugreek seedsnred chillies and hinga pan add urad dal fenugreek seeds red chillies,fry until golden yellow.

Add tamarind pudina cilantro cucumber and grind it to coarshen

add rest of the chopped cucumber.Then add seasoning
