Ingredients used in pudina karam
• Red chillies - 2-3 numbers.
• Mustard seeds - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Jeera - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Urad dal - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Garilc - 2-3 head.
• Salt - to taste.
• Red chillie powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Pudina(mint) - 1 bunch.
• Oil - 1 teaspoons.
• Curry leaves - 2 bunch.
Method:
1. Take pudina leaves and clean it. 2. Fry the pudina it become dry (with out oil). 3. Grind the pudina with garlic,red chillie powder and salt. 4. Add one tsp of oil to the sauce pan heat it and lightly fry the minced garlic, urad dal, Jeera, mustard seeds, red chilli pieces and curry leaves. 5.Add to pudina karam.
