Ingredients used in pudina rice
• Salt - to taste.
• Cashewnuts - 10 grams.
• Chopped onions - 2 numbers.
• Cloves - 3 numbers.
• Oil - 4 teaspoons.
• Mint paste - 1 cup.
• Sugar - to taste.
• Tasting salt - to taste.
• Green chillies - 2 numbers.
• Rice - 2 cup.

add oil to the pan . after the oil gets heated add cashewnuts and cloves . after they are lightly colored , add chopped onions .add green chillies . let it cook for some time .then add mint paste to the pan .add little sugar ,salt,tasting salt and let it cook nicely till the moisture in the mint paste gets evaporated . after the water gets evaporated add cooked basmati rice to it and mix it well . the n, here is your tasty pudina or mint rice . serves good with raitha .
