Ingredients used in PUDINA RICE
• Pudina or mint leaves - 1 bunch.
• Cooked rice - 2 OR 3 cup.
• Green chillies - 4 SPICY big.
• Potato - 1 .
• Lemon - 1 to taste.
• Peanuts - 3 tablespoons.
• Cashews - 3 tablespoons.
• Oil - 3 tablespoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Channa dal, urad dal, red chiily - 1 tablespoons.
Method:
FIRST WE NEED TO GRIND THE MINT OR PUDINA LEAVES ALONG WITH GREEN CHILLY ,YOU CAN ADD SOME WATER. CUT THE POTATO INTO MEDIUM SIZE PIECES. KEEP IT A SIDE. NOW TAKE A VESSEL AND POUR THE OIL WHEN IT IS HOT THEN SEASON WITH CHANNADAL, URAD DAL AND RED CHILLY. wHEN THEY ARE FRIED THEN ADD POTATO PIECES AND CASHEWS AND PEANUT. IF THEY BECOME GOLD COLOUR THEN ADD THE PUDINA PASTE TO FRY. NOW ONLY YOU ADD THE SALT AND MIX ALONG WITH THE COOKED RICE. NOW (IF YOU WISH) SQUEEZE THE LEMON JUICE .
