Ingredients used in Pudina Rice
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - to fry.
• Dalchin - 1(small) piece.
• Cloves - 3 numbers.
• Green chilli - 3 numbers.
• Chopped ginger - 1 tablespoons.
• Curry leaves - 1/2 cup.
• Coriander leaves - 1/2 cup.
• Pudina leaves - 1 cup.
• Cooked rice - 1 bowl numbers.
• Onions(finely chopped) - 1 cup.
Method:
Grind all the ingredients (except Salt, oil and rice) Fry them along with the onions in oil in a pan Add the rice and salt and heat it Mix well and serve it hot along with a raitha or manchuria or gravy......
