Ingredients used in PUFFED RICE LADDU
• Jaggery - 1 cup.
• Coconut(grated) - 1 tea spoon.
• Fennel powder - 1 pinch.
• Puffed rice - 1 cup.
  • Take a pan and add jaggery, little water and boil to make soft ball consistency.
  • Switch off flame and add grated coconut, fennel powder and mix nicely.
  • To it add puffed rice and keep mixing it.
  • Slightly wet your hands and take small dumpling and make round shape laddu.

Now puffed rice laddu is ready to serve.

It is very easy to prepare puffed rice laddu.. I have a question... If we don't have fennel powder .can we add cinnamon powder instead of fennel powder. Thanks
