Ingredients used in PUFFED RICE LADOO
• Kurmura (puffed rice) - 100 grams.
• Jaggery - 200 grams.
• Vanaspati or ghee - 30 grams.
Method:
  • Make syrup of one- string consistency, with jaggery and one cup of water.
  • Remove from fire.
  • Mix in kurmura and fat.
  • Form into lime-sized balls.

For 200 grams(say 2 cups) of jaggery, do we need to add equal amount of water(2 cups)
