1. Heat Oil in cooker to fry fenugreek, chilly (sliced in to two pieces) and ginger. Later add Water, tamarid paste, salt and Turmeric powder. Allow to cook for 5 mins.
2. Fry Chopped onion and sliced Garlic in kadai. Drop in cooker. Add pumpkin pieces to the mixture. Allow to Cook for 5 mins.
3. Open and Smash well with spoon.
For flavour add fried Mustard seeds, Curry Leaf , Asafoetida in oil.
