Ingredients used in puris 2
• Whole wheat flour - 200 grams.
• Refined flour - 225 grams.
• Fat - 55 grams.
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - 30 grams.
Method:

Prepare a stiff dough with water, salt and both flours. knead well. set aside for at least half an hour.

2. knead dough agian till soft. 3. divide into even sized balls. 4. roll out to 0.2cm 1/16 thickness andnbsp; 7. 5-10cm in diameter. 5. follow steps 5to 7 for puris
