Ingredients used in Quick n Easy Malai Prawns
• Salt - to taste.
• Butter - 1/4 cup.
• White mustard (ground to a paste) - 2 tablespoons.
• Coconut milk - 1 can.
• Tiger prawns - 1 lbs.
• White pepper powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Sugar - 1 teaspoons.
Method:
Shell and de-vein the prawns and wash them well.Heat the butter in a non-stick pan and add the prawns.Saute it a bit till the prawns turn pink and take them out.Then add the white mustard paste,coconut milk,salt,sugar and white pepper powder and put on low flame.Add the prawns to it and cook till a thick gravy.You can have it with rice. Garnishing tips:The prawns can be served in the shell of a tender coconut(cut into half)
