Ingredients used in Quick paneer balls
• Green coriander - 2 tablespoons.
• Green chillies - 2 numbers.
• Baking powder - 2500 grams.
• Paneer - 200 grams.
• Curd - 6 tablespoons.
• Bread - 4 slice.
• Salt - 1 teaspoons.
• Pepper - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Maida - 3 tablespoons.
Method:

1.nbsp;Spread 3/4 tbsp curd on each side of each slice of bread, to wet it. after spreading curd on both sides of the bread, keep aside for minute.

2. mash the panner well. add baking powder, green chillies and coriander.

3. mash bread slice well and mix with the paneer. add salt and pepper.

4. add maida in the end. make balls and stuff a piece of cashew in the centre.

5. deep fry in medium hot oil. serve with tomato sauce or mint chutney.

recipe says 2500 gm baking soda...lot many guys would die coz of this...
