Ingredients used in QUINOA SALAD
• Butter - 4 0.
• Garlic(chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Lime juice - 1 number.
• Quinoa(cooked) - 1 cup.
• Carrot(blanched) - 1/2 cup.
• Onions(chopped) - 1/2 cup.
• French beans(chopped) - 1/2 cup.
• Yellow bell pepper(chopped) - 1/2 cup.
• Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1/4 cup.
• Cucumber(chopped) - 1/4 cup.
• Tomato(chopped) - 1/4 cup.
• Almonds(chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Pistachios(chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
  • Heat butter in a pan and add chopped garlic and saute it then add lime juice and switch off the flame.
  • Take a bowl and add cooked quinoa, blanched carrot, onions, french beans, yellow bell pepper, coriander leaves, above garlic butter mixture, cucumber, tomato and mix it thoroughly later transfer it into serving plate.
  • Garnish with chopped almonds, pistachios.

Now the quinoa salad is ready to serve.
