Ingredients used in Ragipindi malida
• Finger millet flour - 500 grams.
• Jaggery - 1 cup.
• Grated coconut - 1 cup.
• Cardamom powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Chana dal - 50 grams.
• Whole bengal gram - 100 grams.
• Ghee - 2 tablespoons.
Method:

1. Take a bowl and add finger millet flour, salt, little of lukewarm water to make a dough. 2. Make small dumplings and make the chapati by using rolling pin. 3. Heat the tawa and cook the chapati and cut into a small pieces and transfer it into a blender and blend into a coarse powder. 4. Now add jaggery, grated coconut, cardamom powder, whole bengal gram powder, chana dal powder, add ghee and mix it well. 5. Then tasty ragipindi malida is ready to serve.
