Ingredients used in Rainbow Salad Health and Colors - Be Fit Be Cool AAPI
• Carrot (grated) - 1 cup.
• Pomegranate seeds - ½ cup.
• Yellow tomatoes - 4 - 5 numbers.
• Broccoli - 1/4 cup.
• Black grapes - 5 - 6 numbers.
• Basil leaves - 2 tablespoons.
• Peanuts (soaked - 1/4 cup.
• Almonds - 10 grams.
• Walnuts - 10 grams.
• Apple (diced) - ½ cup.
• Cabbage (grated) - 2 tablespoons.
• Grapes - 5 - 6 numbers.
• Cherry tomatoes - 4 - 5 numbers.
• Alpha alpha sprouts - 1/4 cup.
• Moong sprouts - 1/4 cup.
• Cowpea sprouts - 1/4 cup.
• Coriander leaves - ½ bunch.
• Pepper powder - ½ tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Lime juice - 1 number.
Method:

In a bowl add carrot, pomegranate seeds, yellow Tomato, broccoli, black grapes, basil leaves, peanuts, almonds, walnuts, apple dices, cabbage, grapes, cherry tomatoes, alpha alpha sprouts, moong sprouts, cowpea sprouts, coriander leaves, salt, pepper powder, lemon juice and mix well and serve.

Love this RAINBOW salad. Note that the oval Be Fit, Be Cool logo has RAINBOW colors at the rim to indicate you should eat colorful fruits and vegetables which are loaded with nutrients, vitamins and minerals.?
