Ingredients used in Raita pickle
• Curd - 2 cup.
• Tomato or ginger pickle - 2 teaspoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Onions(chopped) - 2 teaspoons.
• Chopped alpino - 2 teaspoons.
• Chopped coriander leaves - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Firstly whisk the yogurt into a smooth contistency.
  • Then add pickle to it and whisk it again.
  • Add salt to this mixture and mix it.
  • Now add onions, alpino and mix it nicely.

Garnish with the coriander leaves and serve it.
