Ingredients used in Raita yogurt salad
• Plain yogurt - 1 cup.
• Cucumber - 3 numbers.
• Tomato - 1 number.
• Black peppers - to taste.
• Garlic - 4 cloves.
• Paprika - half tea spoon.
• Sour cream - 1 cup.
• Cumin powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander leaves - to taste.
• Salt - to taste.
  • In a salad bowl, whisk together the yogurt, sour cream, cumin, paprika and garlic.
  • Add cucumbers and tomatoes; toss and chillit in fridge.
  • Before serving, garnish with cilantro/coriander leaves.
