Ingredients used in Raj Bogh
• Cashew nuts - 2 tablespoons.
• Almonds flakes - 2 tablespoons.
• Saffron (soaked in milk) - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Sugar - 500 grams.
• Cottage cheese (cut into 2 halves) - 200 grams.
• Yellow colour - as required.
• Cardamom powder - 2 tablespoons.
• Pistachios - 1 tablespoon.
Method:
  • Mix cashews, almond flakes, pistachios, cardamom powder and grind to fine powder.
  • Then add saffron milk and mix it to a thick paste.
  • Later prepare it to small balls and keep aside.
  • Coat one side of cheese with saffron and color, let the other part be white.
  • Take one slice of white cheese and stuff it with nuts mixture balls then cover it with a colored cheese ball.
  • Prepare sugar syrup (by adding 1 cup of sugar in half cup of water and dissolve it), then boil cheese balls in it and cook for about 20 minutes.
  • Switch off the flame and let it cool.

Delicious Raj Bogh is ready to serve.
